Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced finance professionals fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic tasks aligned with Spain's finance practices.

You'll build workspaces and files, write prompts, and develop grading rubrics based on real-world finance work. The pilot runs Oct 23 to Nov 19, with remote, part-time hours (~21 h per week) and hourly pay of $65.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate finance, banking, investment or audit.
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish financial practice (PGC / IFRS, CNMV regulation, Spanish tax filings).
