Job summary

Mercor is seeking an experienced HR professional fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic HR tasks. The role is remote, part-time (~21 hours/week) at $60/hour, running as a pilot from Oct 23 to Nov 19.

You’ll build workspaces, write prompts, and create rubrics based on Spain’s HR practices. Requirements include 5+ years HR experience, native or fluent Spanish, and a degree from a top-20 Spanish university with knowledge of Estatuto de los Trabajadores and payroll.
