Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced data analysis professionals to help train and evaluate AI agents on realistic tasks. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real stem work as it’s done in Spain.

The role is remote with about 21 hours per week, hourly commitment. Pilot running Oct 23 to Nov 19.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a scientist or engineer in research or industry (master's or PhD a plus).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Comfortable with quantitative analysis, technical documentation and data-heavy problem solving.
