Job summary

Mercor seeks experienced lawyers fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on real-world tasks grounded in Spain's legal framework. The role is remote with approximately 21 hours per week and an hourly commitment.

You will draft prompts, assemble workspaces, and design grading rubrics reflecting Spain’s civil, commercial, or employment law practice. Applicants should hold a degree from a top-20 Spanish university and be licensed to practice in Spain (colegiado) wherever possible.
