Mercor seeks experienced finance professionals fluent in Spanish to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic professional tasks. You will work in realistic digital workspaces with documents, spreadsheets, email, chat and tools to create and review tasks tied to your own expertise.

Responsibilities include building workspaces, drafting tasks in Spanish and defining grading criteria to assess AI output against professional standards.

Competenze

• Experience in corporate finance, banking, investment or audit.
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution in Spain.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish financial practice (PGC / IFRS, CNMV regulation, Spanish tax filings).

Mansioni

• Build workspaces by reviewing files, memos and records a real team would have for a project or case.
• Draft realistic tasks in Spanish that a colleague or client might send, grounded in local practice, regulations and terminology.
• Define what good looks like: writing clear grading criteria and checking whether an AI agent's work would meet your professional standard.
• Review AI work: go through an agent's step-by-step work, spotting mistakes and correcting them.
