Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking a Finance Executive to manage invoicing, GST/TDS compliance, and AR in a fully remote role. The position requires strong accounting software skills, especially Tally ERP 9/Prime and advanced MS Excel, with 5+ years of experience and the ability to work independently from anywhere in India.

• Invoice Preparation and Management: prepare data for invoices in Tally ERP 9/Prime and update receipts daily.
• E-Invoice Management: handle e-invoices on GST portal with accuracy.
• Client and Internal Team Coordination: follow up with payments and data for updates.
• GST and TDS Compliance: check entries for discrepancies and resolve mismatches.
• Accounts Receivable Processing: perform ledger scrutiny to keep records current.
• Support and Assistance: aid team and HOD; support auditors with required data.

Position: Finance Executive _WFH (Females Only)

Location: Remote (Anywhere in India)

Experience: 5+ years (Only women candidates)

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Preparation and Management:
  • Prepare data for raising invoices on Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime.
  • Update daily receipts accurately.
• E-Invoice Management:
  • Handle E-invoices on the GST portal with thorough knowledge and precision.
• Client and Internal Team Coordination:
  • Follow up with clients for payments and with the internal team for necessary data and updates
• GST and TDS Compliance:
  • Check GST and TDS entries for discrepancies.
  • Identify mismatches and work towards resolving them efficiently
• Accounts Receivable Processing:
  • Perform ledger scrutiny to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Support and Assistance:
  • Assist other team members and the Head of Department (HOD) with day-to-day data preparation and other assigned activities.
  • Support internal and statutory auditors by providing required data promptly.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills, including advanced functionalities.
