This leadership role supports substance use disorder treatment, prevention, and recovery services throughout Monterey County.

The Opportunity

The Director of Finance serves as a key member of the leadership team, responsible for financial strategy, compliance, and operational excellence. This role ensures financial integrity while supporting growth and mission-driven impact.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Oversee accounting, audits, and regulatory compliance

• Partner with CEO and Board on financial strategy
• Develop financial reporting and dashboards
