bioMérieux in Salt Lake City seeks a senior finance leader to drive FP&A for Clinical Operations, Shared and Support Functions across North America. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and P&L management while partnering with operational leaders.

The Sr Director will ensure a strong internal control environment, compliance with IFRS, and provide insights to optimize profitability and growth. This role also supports cross-functional decision making and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A/finance experience with 5+ years ERP and 5 years people management.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for large operations.
• Strong ability to partner with leadership and provide actionable insights.
• Experience with IFRS in a complex global org.

Responsibilities

• Lead all FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Clinical Operations and North America.
• Partner with GM, Commercial and Clinical Ops to develop long-term strategic plans and roadmaps.
• Maintain internal control environment ensuring regulatory compliance and governance.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual close processes and variance analysis.
• Manage revenue recognition, cost control, and balance sheet integrity; audit readiness.
• Mentor and develop the finance team; drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead special projects and strategic initiatives per the CFO.
