Job summary

Financeroles is seeking a Senior Director, Market Chief Financial Officer to oversee regional financial performance and provide strategic guidance across markets. You will prepare critical financial reports, partner with leadership, and support budgeting and forecasting initiatives.

The role requires strong accounting/finance experience, MBA preferred, and healthcare familiarity. You will lead a team, coordinate with regulators, and drive QAI initiatives to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of six (6) years of accounting/finance experience.
• Four (4) years of management experience required.
• Managed care or healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate financial reporting including operating statements and trend data.
• Support growth opportunities with sound premium and claims assumptions for new markets or products.
• Deliver strategic support to leaders to set and achieve targets.
• Prepare and present Monthly/Quarterly Business Review documents.
• Assist with rate advocacy, revenue maximization, and pricing discussions.
