Qualifications

• 10+ years in finance, FP&A or business finance with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and partnering.
• At least 5 years of ERP experience and 5 years of leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Clinical Operations and Support Functions across NORAM.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic and operating plans.
• Maintain internal controls and support IFRS/GAAP compliance.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and performance analyses.
• Provide actionable insights on pricing, profitability, and contract performance.
• Mentor and develop the finance team and collaborate across functions.
