PCI Pharma Services in Bedford, NH seeks a Finance Director to guide the financial strategy and operations for a manufacturing facility. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and financial reporting while ensuring GAAP/IFRS compliance and SOX controls.

You will partner with leadership, drive EBITA improvement, and mentor a growing finance team, leveraging SAP B1 and strong analytical skills to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant work experience in Finance Director or Controller in Manufacturing Facility.
• Public Company experience required.
• Full P&L and Balance Sheet responsibility.
• Proficiency in GAAP/IFRS, SOX compliance and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP B1 is a plus.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct the fiscal functions in accordance with GAAP/IFRS and company policies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, payroll, accounts receivable/payable and reporting.
• Present financials to senior leadership and drive efficiency improvements.
• Develop strategies to optimize EBITA through cost management and pricing.
• Mentor finance team and collaborate with GM and business units.
