• 15+ years of experience as Finance Director or Controller in manufacturing
• Public company experience required
• Deep knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and SOX compliance
• P&L and Balance Sheet responsibility
• Proficient with ERP systems including SAP B1

Responsabilidades

• Direct fiscal functions and financial reporting controls
• Collaborate with leadership to shape business strategies
• Lead a finance team and drive a world-class finance organization
• Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, A/R, A/P and reporting
• Present financials to senior leadership and identify improvement opportunities
• Drive process improvements and automation for efficiency
• Develop tools and processes with GM and business units for revenue/margin forecasts
• Guide strategic planning decisions and regulatory actions
• Mentor staff and manage a ~12-person team
• Ensure adherence to PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies
