Job summary

ChemPoint in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Director, Finance to lead accounting, financial operations, credit, sales tax, and FP&A across NA, EMEA, and Mexico, ensuring accurate financial execution and strong controls. You will develop managers, direct forecasting and AOP, and collaborate with executive leadership.

Requirements include a bachelor's in Finance/Accounting, 10+ years in finance, 5+ years of people leadership; CPA/CMA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting.
• 5+ years of people leadership, including coaching managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, financial operations, credit, sales tax, and FP&A across NA, EMEA, and Mexico.
• Oversee month-end close, balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, internal controls, and audit support.
• Direct forecasting, AOP, and management reporting with senior leadership.
