Job summary

ChemPoint in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a Director of Finance to lead accounting, financial operations, credit, sales tax, and FP&A across NA, EMEA, and Mexico. You will drive accurate financial execution, strong controls, and timely management reporting while partnering with the CFO and business leaders.

You will develop managers, own forecasting and the AOP, and provide actionable insights to steer strategic decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting.
5+ years of people leadership experience.
CPA and/or CMA designation preferred.
Ability to influence and collaborate with executive and finance leadership teams.
Strong accounting, financial control, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Lead accounting, financial operations, credit, sales tax, and FP&A across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Mexico.
Own the quality and integrity of financial execution, including month-end close, balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and internal controls.
Establish rigorous preparer and reviewer processes to identify errors before CFO review.
Develop and coach managers with clear expectations and accountability for quality and timeliness.
Direct forecasting, annual operating plan (AOP), and management reporting processes with business leaders.
