The candidate will oversee finance activities at the Apex site, build robust reporting, and champion cost efficiency initiatives while collaborating with global teams and HR for headcount planning.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• 10+ years progressive experience in financial planning and analysis; industrial manufacturing experience is required.
• Strong ability to build and lead finance functions with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly/quarterly financial analysis and P&L/B/SR reviews to drive business improvements.
• Own annual budgeting, multi-year projections, and alignment of financial and operational goals.
• Provide guidance on pricing, gross margin, and profitability with robust financial analysis.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting processes.
