Job summary

ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with North America finance and operations. You will drive FP&A, reporting, and strategic analysis, with emphasis on forecasting, budgeting, and continuous improvement across global teams.

You will translate financial data into actionable insights, support cash flow visibility, and contribute to governance and internal controls in a dynamic, data-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required.
• CPA designation or CPA in progress is an asset.
• MBA or equivalent professional education is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support month-end close, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Provide financial analysis on margin, cost drivers, and cash flow.
• Collaborate with NA and global teams to enable business decision-making.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models to support planning.
• Enhance reporting through dashboards, data automation, and tools.
