Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial leadership experience with at least 3 years focused on M&A or healthcare acquisitions.
• Advanced financial modeling, cash flow, debt covenants, and KPI planning.
• Strong communication and leadership with executive-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships.
• Oversee FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting and long-range planning.
• Drive post-acquisition integration and transition management.
• Advise leadership on capital allocation, operations, and scalability.
• Develop scalable controls, reporting processes, and dashboards across multiple entities.
