Job summary

NewGen Administrative Services in Montebello, CA is seeking an Interim FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across our multi-site operations. You will mentor a growing team, partner with operations, and build complex models, dashboards, and KPIs to drive data‑driven decisions.

You’ll present monthly performance to executives, translate numbers into action, and lead process improvements and automation within the FP&A function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, ideally in healthcare or multi-site operations.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring a team.
• Deep understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow and their interrelationships.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; strong budgeting and forecasting knowledge.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting across all facilities, partnering with operations leadership to set performance targets.
• Mentor a team of analysts and drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth.
• Build and maintain complex financial models, dashboards, and KPIs that guide data‑driven decisions.
• Present monthly performance reviews to executive and operational leaders, translating numbers into action.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to elevate the FP&A function.
