The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance-related field, 5+ years of financial leadership (3+ in M&A/healthcare acquisitions), and advanced financial modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of financial leadership experience, with at least 3 years in M&A, transaction advisory, or healthcare acquisitions.
• Advanced financial modeling; deep understanding of cash flow, debt compliance, and covenant reporting.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills for presenting to executives.
• Nice to have: experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or post-acute care operations.
• Nice to have: experience managing multi-site healthcare portfolios and working with lenders on financing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships with underwriting models and integration plans.
• Oversee FP&A functions: budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and long-range planning.
• Drive post‑acquisition integration and transition management across new entities.
• Partner with the executive team on capital allocation, operational performance, and scalability.
• Develop scalable financial controls, reporting processes, and dashboards for a growing multi-entity organization.

Education
