On-site/hybrid role with a salary range of $90,000–$105,000 per year. Requires 2–3 years as Senior Accountant (or 4–6 years as GL) and experience in managed care accounting. Strong Excel and independence are essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 2–3 years as Senior Accountant (or 4–6 years as GL Accountant) required.
• Experience in managed care accounting.
• Advanced Excel skills in Windows environment.
• Self-driven and able to manage workload independently.
• Nice to have: SNF environment experience.
• Nice to have: Great Plains ERP knowledge.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate, timely monthly financial statements for assigned facilities
• Own the full close cycle: journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Analyze financial trends, propose adjustments, and resolve discrepancies
• Partner with Accounts Payable to ensure invoice, payment, and accrual accuracy
• Support audit, review, and tax engagements with clear documentation

What You Bring

• Must have: Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Must have: 2–3 years of experience as a Senior Accountant (or 4–6 years as a G/L Accountant)
• Must have: Managed care accounting experience
• Must have: Advanced Excel skills and comfort in a Windows environment (Word, Outlook)
• Must have: Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and able to manage your own workload independently
• Nice to have: Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nice to have: Great Plains ERP knowledge
