Job summary

Revel Communities in Washington state seeks a Business Office Director to be the financial backbone of a luxury senior living community. You will partner with a high-performing team, manage AP/AR, payroll, and reporting with leadership support, and ensure accurate month-end close and timely leadership-facing reports.

You will communicate with residents, leaders, and vendors; participate as Manager on Duty as needed. Experience in accounting/finance and Yardi is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounting/finance or business office roles.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Yardi experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate AP/AR and resident billing; maintain audit-ready files.
• Own month-end close tasks and deliver reports to leadership.
• Support payroll/timekeeping and onboarding paperwork per policy.
• Serve as a community business partner; communicate with residents, leaders, and vendors; act as Manager on Duty as needed.
