Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee community operations including care, marketing, food service, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets with district leadership.
• Lead recruitment, development, and retention of staff to ensure high-quality resident experiences.
• Drive occupancy, revenue, and RevPAR through collaboration with sales and marketing.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and performance against company standards.
