Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior financial managerial role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, monthly reporting, and fixed assets.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership and ability to develop a high-performing finance team.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex financial information clearly.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills focused on results.
• Proficient in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
• High integrity, dependability, urgency, and results-oriented mindset.
• CPA or CMA accreditation highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance department ensuring policy adherence.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure funds availability.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior management and the board.
• Develop and manage annual budget process, income statements, and forecasts.
• Implement and manage fixed assets tracking and management.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with department heads on cost reduction and process improvements.
• Participate in corporate policy development as a senior management team member.
