Job summary

VOLT Lighting is seeking a hands-on Finance Director to lead FP&A, pricing and margin analytics, cash forecasting, and management reporting. You’ll drive finance transformation using NetSuite and AI tools, reporting to the CFO and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in FP&A or accounting leadership, deep financial modeling and budgeting skills, and NetSuite experience. This role is based in Florida (Lutz) with a base salary of $125,000–$150,000 and annual

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or accounting leadership.
• Experience with pricing, margin analysis, costing, or profitability analytics.
• ERP experience with NetSuite strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the rolling 12-month P&L forecast, annual budget, and reforecasts.
• Deliver variance analysis by channel, product family, and customer.
• Build executive reporting explaining what happened, why, and next focus.
• Establish practical KPIs and recurring performance reporting.
• Own the 13-week cash forecast and working capital visibility.
• Lead pricing and profitability analytics across channels and product families.
• Support pricing committee with decision support and reviews.
• Develop AI-enabled finance tools and automate processes.
• Partner with Controller to improve monthly close and backups.
• Develop team through cross-training and documented processes.
