Job summary

Attain Talent seeks a Finance Director to lead the accounting and finance functions, ensuring integrity of financial reporting, compliance, and operations. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, project controls, and government contract compliance while developing the finance team and partnering with leadership.

Requirements include a degree in Accounting/Finance, 8+ years in accounting/finance with government contracting, and expertise in FAR, CAS, GAAP.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
8+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including management responsibility.
Demonstrated experience in government contracting.
Strong knowledge of FAR, CAS, GAAP, and government contract accounting requirements.
CPA certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all accounting and finance operations across a multi-entity environment.
Oversee close processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Lead budgeting and forecasting activities with financial analysis for Senior Leadership.
Supervise project control, revenue recognition, and project financial performance.
Develop and maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and process improvements.
