Job summary

International Game Technology seeks a Finance Director within the Value Creation Office to lead financial strategy, governance, and performance management of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. You’ll embed savings into budgets, forecasts, and monthly close, serving as the single source of truth for the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or transformation finance in a complex environment.
• Proven experience integrating cost savings and investments into budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Strong command of P&L, cash flow, and capital vs. operating expense mechanics.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Establish methodologies for recognizing, validating, timing, and owning transformation savings.
• Lead the VCO’s weekly financial reporting cadence and act as its Finance liaison.
• Translate initiative-level savings and investments into P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet impact.
• Pressure-test assumptions to ensure savings are accurate, achievable, sustainable, bookable, and not double-counted.
• Track performance and variances across plans, forecasts, and actuals.
• Identify financial risks, value leakage, and misalignment early and drive corrective actions.
• Provide senior leaders with financial narratives, fact-based insights, and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain consistency across internal reporting and sponsor expectations.
• Build trusted relationships across Finance and functional leadership.
