Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Eight or more years of progressive leadership experience in Tribal gaming, hospitality, or large-scale enterprise finance transformation.
Experience with ERP implementation and financial systems modernization.
Demonstrated knowledge of change management and process optimization.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of the Tribe's finance transformation strategy.
Oversee ERP optimization, automation, and data analytics initiatives.
Partner with executive leadership to align transformation with organizational goals.
Establish KPIs and governance to measure impact and progress.
