Job summary

IGT in Las Vegas is seeking a Senior Manager FP&A – Studios to lead financial reporting, forecasting, and analytical support for the Studio organization, including land-based and online gaming. You will provide forward‑looking financial insight, strategic direction, and thought leadership to the Studio leadership team, enabling data-driven decision making for profitability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 8+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience in fintech, payments, gaming, or tech.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling across product lines.
• Strong understanding of revenue and cost drivers across products/services.
• Advanced Excel modeling; experience with ERP/BI tools (Oracle, SAP, Navision, JET, NetSuite, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini) for analysis.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Experience implementing new forecasting methods; potential supervising others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and financial planning for R&D Studios, including forecast cycles and headcount planning.
• Analyze financial performance with P&L variances and forecast changes.
• Manage development project financials, cost controls, and ROI validation.
• Drive business partnering with Studio leaders and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Oversee the Global Gaming Incentive program forecasting and calculations.
• Monitor outside services and testing spend; track variances and drivers.
• Prepare financial reporting packages covering P&L trends and KPI analysis.
• Develop and refine financial models for game profitability and new products.
