Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
• Experience supporting connected products, consumer technology, IoT, software-enabled hardware, SaaS, or other technology-driven businesses.
• Experience operating in organizations balancing entrepreneurial innovation with public company governance and financial discipline.
• Strong business partnership skills with the ability to influence leaders across engineering, product, commercial, operations, and executive teams.
• Proven track record leading and developing teams through change.
• Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and ability to navigate competing priorities among senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build the Finance Infrastructure: create and scale FP&A, forecasting, reporting, and governance processes.
• Partner with Business Leadership: serve as primary finance partner to Connected Water, Connected Security, and Technology leadership.
• Drive Execution in a Dynamic Environment: lead forecasting processes and build new capabilities.
• Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: inspire, coach, and develop finance professionals.
• Influence at the Executive Level: deliver clear financial insights to senior leaders and stakeholders.
