Job summary

Bonterra Tech LLC is seeking a Finance Director to lead FP&A for the business unit, shaping budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting in a SaaS environment. You will deliver actionable insights and partner with senior leaders to drive disciplined resource allocation.

In an AI-enabled setting, you will translate financial and operating performance into forward-looking recommendations, supporting executive decisions and strategic initiatives with data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A within SaaS or recurring revenue environments.
• Advanced Excel skills and executive-ready presentations.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP fundamentals and financial statement analysis.
• Experience preparing management and Board-level reporting packages.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with business insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual operating plan and quarterly reforecast cycles, coordinating cross-functional inputs.
• Develop monthly/quarterly projections for revenue, expenses, cash flow, and headcount.
• Prepare dashboards, variance analyses, KPI reporting, and Board materials.
• Analyze data to identify trends and root causes; present actionable recommendations.
• Design scalable FP&A processes, systems, and controls for a growing SaaS org.
• Collaborate with Sales to analyze bookings, pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
• Support external reporting alignment with US GAAP and internal forecasts.
• Develop models to evaluate initiatives, pricing, costs, and investments.
• Support M&A activities with modeling and due diligence.
