Job summary

Kforce Inc. in Brookfield, WI is seeking a Finance Director to oversee all accounting and financial operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, compliance and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/CMA/MBA or similar credential preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in finance/accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and cash management.

Responsibilities

Kforce's client in the Brookfield, WI area is looking for a Finance Director. This role will oversee all accounting and financial operations for the Company, including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, compliance, audit support, and internal controls. The Finance Director will also provide leadership and direct supervision for the Operations Coordination, Warehouse, Accounts Payable, and Accounting functions.

Requirements

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
