Kforce Inc. is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager in Bergen County, NJ, to oversee daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls.

This role partners with leadership to deliver financial insights and mentor the accounting team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have CPA or equivalent certification, progressive accounting experience in a complex corporate setting, and strong collaboration with external advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.
• Progressive accounting and finance experience within a complex corporate environment.
• Experience supporting audits, managing regulatory requirements, and partnering with external advisors.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop, mentor, and manage accounting professionals.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and accounting best practices.
• Prior experience with NetSuite preferred.

The role partners closely with leadership and key stakeholders across the organization, while also mentoring and developing accounting team members. The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
