Job summary

AT&T in Dallas is offering a Finance Development Program—an 18-month rotational experience with two 9-month assignments across key financial areas to broaden knowledge and build skills.

You’ll gain exposure to leaders, frequent feedback, mentorship, and career development opportunities, with a base salary between $65,400 and $98,200 and comprehensive benefits. In-office presence in Dallas is required for the duration.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program focusing on finance or related field.
• Estimated graduation by June 2027.
• Full-time, in-office requirement in Dallas throughout the program.
• 0–3+ years of work experience in Finance/Business settings.
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financials and related data; budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting, and expense management.
• Partner with business teams to leverage analytics and reporting to meet requirements.
• Drive and maintain project deliverables that support the organization.
• Tackle issues across a range of scopes, including market trends and financial data to propose data-driven solutions.
• Identify and drive process improvements; develop standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
• Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
• Provide input on recommendations to achieve financial objectives.
• Cost evaluation and pricing of new products, services, and contracts.
• Conduct market research to support internal financial analysis.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze and interpret financials and other relevant data; scope includes budget management, cost benefit analysis, financial forecasting, and expense management
• Partner with various business teams to evaluate how to best leverage analytics and reporting to meet evolving requirements and information needs
• Drive, develop and maintain numerous project deliverables that support the organization
• Work on issues of diverse scope including analysis of market trends and financial data to recommend data driven solutions
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, andExcel dashboards
• Increase productivity by identifying and developing automated reporting/forecasting tools
• Provide input on recommendations to achieve financial objectives
• Cost evaluation and pricing of new products, services, and contract proposals
• Conduct market research to support internal financial analysis

What you’ll need:

• Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program focusing on finance, or other specialized related degrees
• Estimated graduation by June 2027
• Ability to meet the full-time, in-office requirement in Dallas throughout the duration of the program
• 0-3+ years of proven work experience in Finance/Business related setting (internships, cohorts, etc)
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills & experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, etc)

Our Finance Development Program colleagues earn an annual salary between $65,400 – $98,200, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting pay within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
