Job summary

AT&T is seeking candidates for its Finance Development Program in Dallas. This 18-month rotational program offers two 9-month assignments across key financial areas to broaden knowledge and build new competencies.

You will engage with leaders, receive frequent feedback, and participate in mentorship opportunities while working in an in-office setting five days a week.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program focusing on finance, graduation by June 2027.
• Ability to meet the full-time, in-office requirement in Dallas throughout the duration of the program.
• 0-3+ years of proven work experience in Finance/Business related setting (internships, cohorts, etc).
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills & experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, etc).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financials and other relevant data.
• Scope includes budget management, cost benefit analysis, financial forecasting, and expense management.
• Partner with various business teams to evaluate how to best leverage analytics and reporting to meet evolving requirements and information needs.
• Drive, develop and maintain numerous project deliverables that support the organization.
• Work on issues of diverse scope including analysis of market trends and financial data to recommend data driven solutions.
• Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
• Increase productivity by identifying and developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.
• Provide input on recommendations to achieve financial objectives.
• Cost evaluation and pricing of new products, services, and contract proposals.
• Conduct market research to support internal financial analysis

Our Finance Development Program colleagues earn an annual salary between $65,400 – $98,200, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting pay within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
