Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Financial Co-op in Dallas, designed for current college students who want to gain hands-on financial experience while finishing their degree. The program offers exposure across FDP, ALDP, and FLDP with a focus on leadership development and strategic growth.

You'll work on diverse projects, collaborate with mentors, and build essential relationships while developing practical financial expertise in a real-world setting.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program or higher with focus in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Ability to meet the in-office requirement in Dallas throughout the duration of the position.
• 0–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work under detailed supervision and follow outlined procedures, with visibility primarily within the department or region.

The Financial Co-op position is for students who want to build financial expertise through various projects, contribute to strategic growth, and develop leadership skills within the organization. This role is designed for current college/university students to work year-round, while attending school to finish their degree.

What you'll do:

What you'll need:

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program or higher with a focus in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with at least one-year of courses remaining before estimated graduation
• Ability to meet the in-office requirement in Dallas throughout the duration of the position
• 0-2 years of related experience
• Ability to work under detailed supervision and follow outlined procedures, with visibility primarily within the department or region

Our Financial Co-op colleagues earn a rate of $25/hour, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting pay within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
