Job summary

Straive is seeking a Finance Data Product Lead / FP&A Analytics Lead to bridge business finance and technical data engineering. You will own end-to-end alignment of management reporting, financial metrics, and source-system definitions to ensure accurate financial truth and reporting hierarchies.

Qualifications

Proven track record in FP&A or finance analytics in enterprise environments.
Experience with management reporting and executive dashboards.
Knowledge of ERP data structures (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and data modeling.

Responsibilities

Partner with finance leadership to understand reporting needs and metrics.
Drive standardization of financial definitions, metrics, and hierarchies.
Translate business FP&A needs into technical data requirements for the data warehouse.
Define financial controls, data validation, and automated reconciliations across systems.
Consolidate recurring management reports to improve analytics efficiency.
Collaborate with ERP teams to ensure data definitions support downstream reporting.
Work with Data Architects and Snowflake Engineers on analytical representations in the warehouse.
Ensure analytical data reconciles back to core finance systems.
