Job summary

Chase is seeking a Finance Insights Product Manager to lead definition and delivery of finance-focused data product requirements, guiding cross-functional teams from discovery to release. You will translate complex needs into actionable plans with finance, technology, and product partners, while maintaining Jira hygiene and clear progress communication.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, align priorities, and ensure end-to-end readiness for testing and release, influencing stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, CS, Data/Analytics or related field.
• 7 years of product management, data/analytics or finance tech delivery.
• Experience turning requirements into epics/stories/acceptance criteria.
• Ability to clarify complex problems and drive decisions.
• Experience managing backlogs in Jira/Jira Align.
• Strong organization and multi-priority management.
• Ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to define finance data product scope, outcomes, and success measures.
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions to surface needs and align on decisions.
• Translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize backlogs based on value, dependencies, and capacity.
• Coordinate across teams to drive alignment and unblock progress.
• Maintain Jira/Jira Align hygiene (roadmaps, backlogs, dependencies, statuses, docs).
• Partner with tech and data teams to ensure feasible, testable requirements.
• Drive end-to-end readiness for testing and release including cutover.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders clearly.
• Identify process improvements to reduce friction.
