Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Manager, Finance Data & Analytics in New York to elevate centralized reporting and strengthen the link between financial planning and business performance. You will lead data-driven FP&A initiatives and partner with senior leaders across the organization.

You will design scalable data pipelines, automate complex dashboards, and drive governance and data quality improvements while collaborating with IT, data science, and finance teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a finance or data management role.
• 2+ years focused on data infrastructure and dataset development.
• Proficiency in data management tools (SQL, Python, R) and data visualization (Power BI).
• Experience connecting operational performance to financial outcomes and presenting to leaders.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with large datasets.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards that improve visibility into business performance and enable proactive decision-making.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and financial datasets across IC for FP&A needs.
• Integrate data from ERP, CRM, financial databases, and operating systems to create unified datasets.
• Collaborate with IT, data science, and other departments to ensure data alignment and integrity.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards and best practices within finance.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data quality across the organization.
• Stay current with data management industry trends and technologies.
