Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance Data Platform to lead the engineering, delivery, operations, and modernization of our enterprise finance data ecosystem. Reporting to the VP of Enterprise Data & AI Platforms, this leader will oversee the Finance Data Platform (FDM) and related financial processes.

You will drive Databricks-based modernization, partner with Finance stakeholders, and build scalable data solutions across GL, P&L, FP&A, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Senior data leadership experience with enterprise data platforms.
• Strong financial data domain knowledge including P&L, GL, FP&A, commissions.
• Proven ability translating complex Finance requirements into scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Data Platform engineering, delivery, and operations.
• Set priorities across finance enhancements, production issues, and platform modernization.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, FP&A and Data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
