Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Director of Operations Accounting – Supply Chain to lead the supply chain, inventory, and asset lifecycle accounting for our global data center footprint. You will define and scale the operational accounting framework to support rapid infrastructure growth while ensuring financial integrity, strong internal controls, and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Progressive accounting experience including senior leadership roles overseeing supply chain, inventory, or manufacturing accounting in asset-heavy environments.
• Deep ownership of inventory and cost accounting with knowledge of inventory management systems, GR/IR, standard cost/absorption, and US GAAP.
• Experience designing and operating SOX-compliant controls over supply chain processes and inventory valuation.
• Experience leading ERP implementations or major upgrades affecting inventory, purchasing, and cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations across supply chain, inventory, and asset lifecycles, including GRIR, absorption costing, and month-end close for logistics.
• Drive ERP system design and controls, supporting migration from NetSuite to SAP/Oracle and ensuring SOX compliance.
• Define and execute a long-term operational accounting vision with cross-functional partnership and a scalable global team.
