Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Data Domain Architect, Associate in Financial Analysis Reporting Systems to lead timely weekly and monthly financial results while strengthening end-to-end data controls.

The role partners with Finance and Technology to automate manual processes, handle data pipelines, and deliver scalable reporting enhancements for regulatory compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills for large dataset extraction, transformation, and summarization.
• Hands-on experience with analytics and data-wrangling tools such as Alteryx, SAS, or Python to build repeatable and auditable workflows.
• Experience developing and testing reporting solutions with clear documentation of limitations and assumptions.
• Experience applying data management practices including lineage, metadata, and data dictionaries to improve discoverability.
• Experience designing controls aligned with audit requirements and implementing checkpoints during changes.
• Experience driving process improvement and automation from definition to implementation with KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly and monthly internal and external financial results with accuracy and timeliness.
• Operate day-to-day reporting processes and data pipelines, resolving data issues and production breaks.
• Strengthen data controls, reconciliations, lineage verification, and documentation for audit readiness.
• Automate manual workflows using Alteryx, Python, and SAS and validate results.
• Partner with Technology on data model and system enhancements, including UAT and change management.
• Analyze large datasets and translate findings into decision-ready reporting for non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to metadata, data dictionaries, and lineage documentation and explore AI/advanced analytics use cases.
