Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Senior Associate to lead Data Quality Controls Governance and Reporting within the Consumer and Community Banking Chief Data Office.

You will support governance routines, reporting, and attestation activities tied to data quality controls while driving automation and process improvements across stakeholders. You will balance day-to-day oversight with modernization work to improve data collection, consolidation, and communication for executive reporting and risk

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data governance, controls, reporting, automation, or analytics experience.
• Experience supporting governance, controls, risk management, or regulatory reporting.
• Translate business needs into requirements and implement process improvements.
• Proficiency with automation and reporting tools (SQL, Python, Alteryx, Power Automate, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence).
• Improve operational efficiency through automation or standardization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and design skills with attention to quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce executive-ready reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support governance routines and oversight activities for data quality controls programs.
• Coordinate recurring reporting and attestation processes, ensuring inputs are accurate and audit-ready.
• Partner with product, application, data, and control functions to track issues and outcomes.
• Evaluate governance workflows to identify automation opportunities and efficiency gains.
• Modernize spreadsheet-driven reporting into scalable, repeatable processes.
• Create and maintain process documentation and supporting materials.
• Develop executive-ready updates that communicate status, risks, and impact.
