Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Finance Intern to support Corporate Services across Accounting, Finance, Development Finance, Dispositions, Tax, and IT. The internship runs on-site in Dallas from June 8, 2027 to August 20, 2027, with responsibilities in data analytics, financial statement review, and budget analysis.

You will help prepare financials, build basic financial models, update workbooks, and assist with PDB audits while developing professional skills and exploring a career in corporate finance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed bachelor’s degree in Finance or business field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financials for monthly and quarterly review meetings.
• Support accounting, finance and IT teams with data analytics.
• Create and maintain basic financial models.
• Update unit and property workbooks and cash flow summaries.
• Assist with audits of the Property Data Base (PDB).
• Attend meetings and help with budgeting comparisons.
