Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to adapt CX delivery to phone and written channels.
• Ability to defuse customer anxiety with strong service skills.
• Self-starter, ambitious learner, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environment.
• Able to prioritize tasks in a multi-task environment.
• Schedule flexibility for evenings and weekend hours.
