Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a remote Customer Support Associate to help customers via live chat and email. You will troubleshoot account, billing, and domain inquiries while maintaining high quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Training occurs during the first two weeks, with eligibility anchored to state residency and a dedicated home office setup. The role requires open availability on weekends and holidays and a proven able to focus in a distraction-free workspace.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer-facing experience required in a similar role (retail, hospitality, online support).
• Expertise with written communication and the ability to spot spelling and grammar errors.
• Proficiency with decoding conversations, identifying the cause, and aligning on end goals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer live chats and emails in a timely manner, with live chat as the primary channel.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through questions and issues with their Account, Billing, Domain, or other transactional inquiries.
• Independently meet targets across Quality, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction in email and live chat.
• Stay up to date on new product features and improvements.
• Identify isolated customer experiences and elevate important issues.
