Hajoca Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative at the Kalamazoo, MI Profit Center to process orders, assist customers, and support sales growth. You will use Microsoft Office to maintain plans and reports, resolve issues, and communicate with team members, vendors, and customers while delivering excellent service and building trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or inside sales.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center preferred.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge to upsell or cross-sell.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process Sales Orders and Bids generated through telephone sales.
• Assist customers who pick up their order at our Profit Center.
• Identify opportunities for value-added services and articulate our solutions.
• Investigate and resolve customer problems and address pricing deductions and returns.
• Complete various daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Support the Product Manager's activities as needed.
