Job summary

The Keller Group, Phoenix-based leader in their industry, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to work directly with and support the VP of Finance and Accounting on financial planning, cash management, and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and experienced in high-growth environments, with strong Excel and ERP capabilities and a track record of partnering with senior leadership on acquisitions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
  • 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting or treasury experience.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and cash flow management skills.
  • Experience with debt reporting or acquisition-related activities is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP or financial reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze daily cash activity and develop short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
  • Prepare financial analyses related to liquidity and working capital.
  • Assist with lender reporting, debt compliance and treasury deliverables.
  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts and monthly performance reporting.
  • Perform variance analysis and build financial models for strategic decisions.
  • Assist with acquisition-related financial activities including due diligence and integration.
  • Partner with accounting, operations and leadership to improve reporting and processes.
  • Participate in special projects and system enhancements.

Our Phoenix based client is a proven leader in their industry and is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to work directly with and support their VP of Finance and Accounting.   • Experience in a high-growth, multi-entity or acquisitive environment is preferred
