Honda DTLA is seeking a Finance Coordinator to support daily F&I operations, verify documents, and ensure compliance with dealership and lender requirements. Based in Los Angeles, this full-time role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and organization.

You'll assist the Finance Manager with deal processing, DMV paperwork, and data entry, communicate with banks and customers, and help maintain records. Weekend availability and on-site work are required.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with dealership software (Dealertrack, DMS) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of financial terminology and credit applications.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Manager with preparing, reviewing, and submitting finance and lease documents.
• Verify customer information, income proofs, insurance, and compliance forms.
• Manage contracts, DMV paperwork, and deal jackets to ensure accuracy and completion.
• Communicate with banks, lenders, and customers regarding missing documents or approvals.Maintain organized digital and physical records.
• Support daily administrative tasks and month-end reporting.
• Ensure adherence to dealership policies, legal requirements, and lender guidelines.
