Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. in Colorado is seeking a Finance Coordinator to review loan applications and financing orders for approval or denial, and to provide support across UCC searches, title work, and lien processing.

You will work with Caterpillar Financial and other lenders to explain financing options, process from approval to funding, and assist sales staff with timely payoffs and documentation. This role requires a High School Diploma, 1+ year of admin and customer service experience, and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 1+ years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Offer financing to internal/external customers, including a thorough explanation of financing options available via approved third-party lenders.
• Provide support for financing with Caterpillar Financial and outside finance companies.
• Process finance orders from approval to funding.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly meetings with the Caterpillar Territory Managers.
• Process CAT Commercial Finance transaction invoices as tasked.
• Process lien searches and releases of equipment on trade-ins and consignments as needed.
• File and terminate UCC filings with the Secretary of State as needed.
• Prepare title paperwork for cash and financed deals for Wagner Equipment as needed.
• Prepares payoffs for rentals, leases and notes requested y salespersons and customers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by lead and/or manager.
