Strong administrative and customer service skills are essential. Responsibilities include coordinating financing with Caterpillar Financial and other lenders, processing transactions, and assisting sales staff with payoffs and paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience required.
• 1+ years customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Offer financing to internal/external customers, including explanations of financing options via approved third-party lenders.
• Provide support for financing with Caterpillar Financial and outside finance companies.
• Process finance orders from approval to funding.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly meetings with Caterpillar Territory Managers when required.
• Process CAT Commercial Finance transaction invoices as tasked.
• File and terminate UCC filings as needed.
